The Bunkhouse Hotel

Griffin Construction was hired to design/build this hotel project which has three stories, about 30,000 SF total, and it has 50 rustic luxury rooms. The Bunkhouse Hotel is located in Madras, OR. We started design work in August of 2021 and we turned it over to our client in April of 2023. High end finishes are used both on the outside and inside of this building. The outside finishes consist of stone veneer, barnwood and rusted steel plates. The inside has barnwood trim, aged brick flooring, hand texture walls, high end cabinetry and countertops and all the luxury you would expect from a high-end hotel. One of the most interesting and unique features is the third floor dining area, which also has a large balcony that overlooks the City of Madras and the beautiful Central Oregon landscape beyond. Beautifully decorated interiors abound that combine the Old West with high end luxury.
