Remove existing asphalt paving. Provide and install new trash compactor enclosure, trash compactor, and associated electrical work to accommodate the new trash compactor and enclosure. Remove select areas of interior floor slab and interior walls. Install new floor slab and structural components at areas of select demolition. Remove existing kitchen equipment and relocate and install select existing kitchen equipment. Provide and install new kitchen equipment and associated structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work to accommodate new kitchen equipment. Lighting replacement in the project area.
