Deschutes County Fire Stations
Classified as type 4 seismic essential facilities, Pilot Butte Station #306 and Tumalo Station #302 are built to withstand all the seismic force nature can deal out in the area. The Tumalo building includes additional stabilizing pilings driven 50 feet down into underlying bedrock to accommodate strict seismic requirements.

Prineville Apartment Complex
To serve the growing community of Prineville, the Prineville Apartment Complex offers 135 new dwellings totaling 148,401 square feet. The 12-building complex includes a clubroom, pool, and two recreational areas set on a 6.2 acre greenfield site.
