Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Construction Office experience a plus
  • Knowledge and experience using email, Internet, word processing, and spreadsheets (preferably experience with MS Office Suite products)
  • Proficiency with basic computer operations and keyboard
  • Good communication skills and ability to take direction
  • Skill in using standard office equipment and phones
  • Skills in organization and filing
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with accurate grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
  • Assist with digital file management and organization
  • Must be highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Self-motivated, team player

 

Working hours are regular, per the established 40 hours per week schedule. Work is performed in an ordinary office. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to function effectively indoors in an office environment. Computer screen is used more than 75 percent of the time.
